I’m the kind of leader who runs toward problems with a “let’s figure this out” energy—and usually leaves with a better process, a stronger team, and maybe a few too many sticky notes.
I thrive in environments where ideas quickly turn into action. Whether it’s building something from zero, untangling a messy process, or spotting the opportunity hiding in plain sight, I love rolling up my sleeves and getting to work.
Over my 20+ year career, that approach has taken me through some of Canada’s most iconic institutions—TIFF, Massey Hall, and the Ontario Arts Council—where I’ve rebranded a provincial arts council for the first time in decades, stewarded a $190M capital campaign, and launched a movement that brought 22,000 people to the streets for gender equity in film. Along the way, I’ve grown donor and audience communities in the tens of thousands.
Beyond work, I’ve co-founded festivals, illustrated a children’s book, and served on boards—always keeping equity and creativity at the heart of what I do.
Curious, collaborative, and a little scrappy, I ask sharp questions, test bold ideas, and never take myself too seriously (but I always take the work seriously).
Always up for a conversation about impact, hairy problems, culture, fundraising, storytelling—or just really good coffee.
