I’m a digital leader with 9+ years of experience transforming platforms, optimizing customer experiences, and delivering complex projects from vision to execution. Currently serving as Director of Digital Platforms & Customer Experience at Tennis Canada, I bring a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide initiatives that drive engagement, operational efficiency, and measurable business results.

Over the course of my career at Tennis Canada, I’ve grown from a coordinator role to director, building a deep understanding of both the technical and human sides of digital transformation. My expertise spans platform strategy and optimization, CX design, project management, and stakeholder engagement—all grounded in a data-driven approach to decision-making.

I thrive in environments where innovation meets execution—whether it’s mapping customer journeys to identify hidden opportunities, migrating enterprise systems with zero downtime, or leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
