Andrew is AVP, Enterprise Consumer & Customer Journey Insights at TD Bank, leading a North American team that partners with stakeholders across Canada and the US to deliver consumer insights. His team’s portfolio spans Brand and reputation, citizenship and sponsorship, ESG, product, customer experience/journey measurement, and research with diverse communities.
Prior to TD, Andrew spent nearly a decade as a Vice President at Ipsos, designing and leading quantitative market research for clients in telecommunications, foodservice, retail, tier‑1 CPG, and financial services. Earlier in his career at Cara (now Recipes Unlimited), he managed the enterprise Guest Satisfaction program and provided consumer insights for the Kelsey’s, Montana’s, and Milestones brands.
