Currently, I lead transformative initiatives at Metrolinx, supporting Ontario’s transit expansion mandate with a focus on innovation, stakeholder value, and performance delivery. Throughout my career, I’ve built a strong reputation for driving complex programs across government and healthcare, establishing PMO practices, and managing cross-functional Agile teams. I’ve led multimillion-dollar projects, implemented enterprise change management frameworks, and fostered organizational alignment through data-informed planning, Lean Six Sigma, and stakeholder engagement. I’m passionate about inclusive leadership and social impact. As the Founder and Executive Director of The Living Autism Foundation Canada, I’ve created pathways to education, employment, and entrepreneurship for neurodiverse individuals.
