Katherine Perrin, MBA, CM is the Director of Marketing and Customer Experience at Metergy Solutions, where she leads both the organization’s marketing function and its customer experience strategy. In her role, she oversees marketing as a driver of pipeline and growth, while separately leading the customer experience function focused on resident experience interactions and communications. She is responsible for aligning marketing, sales, and customer experience to deliver a cohesive and scalable approach to growth, retention, and engagement.Prior to her role at Metergy Solutions, Katherine was the Director of Marketing, North America at Drake International, where she led regional marketing strategy and supported business growth across multiple markets. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations ranging from high-growth startups to global enterprises, supporting brands such as Google, IBM, Dell EMC, and Shopify.Katherine holds a Master of Business Administration from Toronto Metropolitan University, along with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management with a Minor in Entrepreneurship. She also holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration – Marketing and a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Relations from Niagara College.In addition to her academic background, Katherine holds certifications as a Chartered Marketer and Brand Strategist.
