Senior Manager, Customer Experience Strategy & Operations (Digital)

In his role at CBC, Osvaldo is responsible for customer support operations teams that provide audiences with individualized assistance related to CBC digital products (including CBC Gem, CBC News app, and CBC Listen), as well as other inquiries (content, regulatory, etc.). Osvaldo also leads a weekly forum to establish cross-department situational awareness, helping the team understand and act on recent developments in our digital operations.
Prior to his current role, Osvaldo worked in Competitive & Strategic Analysis at CBC, where he provided strategic recommendations to senior management on enterprise-wide and department-specific key initiatives. Osvaldo began his career in equity research at a Canadian investment bank and is a CFA Charterholder (Chartered Financial Analyst).
