Rachel Ma is a strategy professional with experience spanning customer–
centric transformation, digital design, and enterprise modernization. She
has worked on the eCommerce team of a major American CPG firm and
supported growth and digital marketing initiatives at a Canadian D2C
startup.
Rachel brings a strong foundation in client–centric problem–solving,
additionally developed over four years of representing the University of
Toronto in international case competitions. She has a keen interest in the
consumer, retail, travel, and entertainment sectors, and is known for her
