With more than 25 years of experience leading SaaS and technology organizations, Keith is known for connecting customer experience strategy with operational performance, growth, and retention.
Prior to boostCX, he served as CEO of AutoVerify, where he led the company through significant growth and multiple acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Keith spent more than two decades at Autodata, rising to Chief Operating Officer and leading large scale technology, product, and operations teams.
