Natalie Cattanach is the Vice President of Applied AI Experience at Bell Canada. Natalie leads the strategy, design and delivery of AI programs across contact centre operations, which includes Virtual Assistant, Virtual Repair and other digital tools. Her team is focused on leveraging innovative technologies to maximize business outcomes. Natalie also leads Technical Support Operations for wireline & wireless services. In earlier CX positions, Natalie was the Vice President of Strategy, Advisory and Shared Services, as well as the Vice President of Strategy and Care Operations. She has also worked in roles across Sales & Marketing organizations.
