Most recently, she served as VP, Customer Experience & Delivery at Porter Airlines, where she led enterprise customer experience strategy, customer operations, loyalty, and cross-functional delivery during a period of significant growth and national expansion. She is also the founder of Blue Umbrella Services, where she works with organizations on customer experience transformation, customer operations, enterprise delivery, and interim executive leadership, helping organizations navigate growth, operational change, and customer transformation initiatives.
